Princesses on Parade
Our most picturesque tour allows your princesses, knights, princes, and even vikings to meet one of their favorite princesses and follow along as they hear her story, create artwork, and gather treats from local businesses. There will be plenty of opportunities for great photos, and educational moments where the princess will teach them some of Solvang’s cultural legends.
TOUR HIGHLIGHTS
- Arts and crafts first. Every ticket includes supplies to paint a magic wand to carry for the rest of the tour — and this is where the princess tells her story.
- Portions sized for little hands. Candy bags and single-serve treats appear along the route as surprises.
- A sidewalk parade. Children eat, drink and walk with the princess down Copenhagen Drive in a small parade of brightly colored costumes.
- The gazebo finish. The tour ends with a photo op at the park gazebo.
- Parents come free. Every family needs at least one parent or guardian along — at no charge.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Bookings are recommended at least two hours ahead for up to 15 children. If demand calls for it, a second departure is added at 1:00 PM.
